Christmas lunch sorted with J'Something and his wife Coco
Updated | By Lifestyle Reporter
On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me - lamb chops with olive salsa!
J'Something and his wife Cordelia ‘Coco’ da Fonseca are creating culinary magic in the kitchen this festive season.
The couple has shared several delicious recipes as part of their '12 Days of Christmas' special. It's no secret that the pair are foodies, with J'Something opening a restaurant in Sandton and releasing a cookbook, 'Something's Cooking', in 2017.
J'Something and Coco's love language is clearly quality time in the kitchen.
Here's a look at three recipes from their food series that you can incorporate into your Christmas lunch menu.
Lamb Chops with Olive Salsa recipe
"No lamb, no Christmas!" the couple wrote about their latest recipe. Of course, in true Coco and J style, they had to add a little something extra to the meal in the form of a zesty salsa.
"Honestly, a festive table can’t be complete without lamb, whether it’s slow-cooked, roasted, grilled or cooked in a stew or curry lamb needs to make an appearance. This year we are making the most of the sunshine and putting it lamb on the braai in the form of lamb chops, the lamb chops are then served with a fresh and zesty olive relish."

Savoury Cheese Rolls
These garlic and herb cheese rolls are the perfect side dish for your Christmas lunch or New Year's braai.
"There is nothing we love more than quirky mash ups and these savoury cheese rolls are like if a cinnamon roll and garlic bread had a cheesy and herby baby. It’s so hard to explain, you just have to try and make it," Coco and J wrote on Instagram.

Three cheese baked 'cheesecake'
Is it even a J'Something and Coco recipe if there is no mouthwatering twist? The couple put their own spin on the traditional cheesecake for this 'Three-Cheese Cheesecake'.
"This is a savoury twist on everyone’s favourite. Impressive as a cheese board centre piece that we love serving as a snack for guests on arrival OR as a 'cheese and biscuits' treat for the end of the night," the couple said.
Cream cheese, tangy goat cheese, and savoury Parmesan come together for a flavourful Christmas lunch starter.
