Avo and banana smoothie recipe
This avocado and banana smoothie is healthy and filling.
Both an avocado and banana have nutrients. Cinnamon is also rich in antioxidants. Combining all three ingredients will not only give you a delicious smoothie, but you will also reap the benefits.
Ingredients:
Small full avocado
Two medium-sized bananas
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Splash of milk
Method:
Slice the avocados and bananas.
Put inside the blender.
Add cinnamon.
Add milk.
Blend for a two minutes or until smoothie is lump-free.
Enjoy!
