How to make your own cheese at home

Learn how to make your own cheese from the comfort of your own home with this easy recipe. The recipe requires only three ingredients, which you probably have in the kitchen already!
According to Cheese History, the origin of cheese dates back to 8000 BC.
Today, cheese is used in a variety of recipes. Whether it's macaroni and cheese, pizza, or toasted cheese sandwiches, every dish tastes better with cheese in it.
So, why not learn to make it at home, especially because it is super easy to make.
All you will need are three ingredients - milk, salt, and vinegar/fresh lemon juice.

Let's learn how to make cheese!
- Pour 1 litre of milk into a pot and put on the stove on medium heat.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon salt and stir.
- Keep stirring for about 3 minutes or until milk starts to boil.
- Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice and stir for a few minutes. This will cause curdles or lumps to form.
- Sieve the liquid and the curdles. The curdles are what form the cheese.
- Shape the curdles to a shape that you want.
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Enjoy your delicious home-made cheese.
