Jaden Smith's new vegan restaurant offers free food to the homeless
Updated | By Poelano Malema
The star is doing his bit to ensure that the homeless don’t go to sleep on an empty stomach.
Jaden Smith is passionate about charity work.
The ‘Again’ hitmaker has opened a vegan restaurant where the homeless can eat for free.
The restaurant comes after Smith launched the I Love You Food Truck, which distributed food to those on Skid Row.
He has now turned the truck into a restaurant where people can come and buy food and the homeless can eat for free.
The singer is also extending a hand to those who want to help the homeless. The restaurant offers for them to not only pay for their meal, but even for those who cannot afford to.

“But if you’re not homeless, not only do you have to pay, but you have to pay for more than the food’s worth so that you can pay for the person behind you,” the singer was quoted as saying.
The restaurant feeds hundreds of people and Smith works with different chefs.
