If you want to try a fail-proof treat this Easter then these no-bake rocky road slices are a must-try.
They are super easy to make and take around one hour to set.
You will need:
Melted milk chocolate
Finger biscuits
Small soft sweets/Raspberry jellies
Mini eggs
Chocolate bunnies

One of the best things about rocky road is its versatility as you can add/sub the ingredients with all your favourite goodies! Below I have listed what I used but you can add as much of the ingredients as you like just make sure the chocolate covers everything evenly. Ingredients: -Milk chocolate (melted) -Scotch finger biscuits -Marshmallows -Lollies of choice (I used red frogs) -Mini eggs -Creme eggs -Kit Kat bunnies Method: -In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30-second intervals (stirring in between). -Add chopped biscuits, marshmallows, lollies and mini eggs to a large bowl. -Pour in melted chocolate and mix until evenly coated. -Place rocky road into a lined tray and top with creme eggs, Kit Kat bunnies and mini eggs. -Chill in the fridge for an hour or until set.
