Recipe: Delicious chicken and vegetable dish

Chicken is a popular meat all over the world and it has several benefits.
It is full of protein, niacin, selenium, and phosphorus.
Vegetables, on the other hand, are also packed with nutrients.
So if you are looking for a healthy and filling recipe, don't fret.
This recipe is healthy, filling and just what you need.

Ingredients:
Chicken ( thinly sliced).
Boiled vegetables ( small potatoes, green beans, broccoli , pumpkin which is sliced into cubes).
Tuna.
Garlic.
Ginger.
Onion.
Olive oil.
Sweet chilli sauce.
Worcestershire sauce.
Fresh lemon juice.
Black pepper, chia seeds and pinch of salt.

Method
Fry onion, garlic and ginger in a big pot.
Add vegetables.
Add chicken and tuna.
Pour lemon juice.
Pour sauces.
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and leave to cook for five minutes.
Sprinkle chia seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
