Recipe: Delicious pan fried pork chops

Pork is one of the most-loved meats, eaten all over the world.
It is easy to cook and can be enjoyed with almost anything - vegetables, salad, rice, pap, rolls, etc.
According to WebMD, pork is a good source of:
- Protein
- Niacin
- Vitamins B6 and B12
- Iron
- Zinc

Method:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add the pork chops and fry until golden brown.
Remove the pork from the pan.
Add butter.
Add chopped onions to the pan where there is oil from the fried pork.
Add wine.
Add cream.
Add the pork back to the pot.
Let it simmer for ten minutes.
