Updated | By Poelano Malema
Thursday, 5 November, is 'Men Make Dinner Day'. If you are male
and have no idea what to cook, these celebrities will inspire you.
Gone are the days when men left all the cooking up to the women. Nowadays, more men are developing a love for the pots and we are loving it.
Social media has also exposed us to our very own celebrities who enjoy cooking delicious meals for themselves and their loved ones.
Let’s look at some of them.
Somizi Mhlongo
Somizi’s passion for cooking has landed him a cooking show on TV.
Week after week, he entertains South Africans while sharing some of his recipes.
Somizi loves to cook different kinds of dishes – from traditional meals to Italian cuisine.
J’Something
MiCasa lead vocalist J’Something is such a great cook that he even runs his own restaurant.
The passion for cooking started years ago watching his mom run a restaurant.
"I was able to go to school and university because of my mother's little restaurant down in Port Alfred, it was our home," he wrote on Instagram.
He is now following in his mother's footsteps and has opened the 'Something's Cooking by J' restaurant.
J'Something likes to share recipes with his Instagram followers. He recently shared a recipe he cooked for dinner for his family.
