Three quick and easy Halloween treats
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
These spooky and tasty treats will tantalise your tastebuds this Halloween.
It's that time of the year again - when people dress up in spooky (and not so spooky) costumes to celebrate Halloween.
The holiday is not as popular in South Africa as it is in America, but many locals still get excited about participating in the festivities.
Dozens of Halloween parties have been planned for this weekend, as this year October 31 falls on a Tuesday.
If you are planning a party for your children or friends and family, then these quick and easy treats are bound to be a hit!
You can also hand them out when the odd child stands at your doorstep and yells, "trick or treat?".
Spooky Marshmallow Treats
Actress Tia Mowry-Hardict recently shared some of her favourite Halloween recipes. She makes Vampire Teeth, Skeleton Cupcakes, Ghostly Brownies, and Bat Pops using marshmallows. They are super easy to make, and the kids will love them!
Witch Fingers
Halloween is not complete without a witch or two making an appearance. But why not take things to the next level and serve your party guests some witch fingers! They will definitely do a double take before taking a bite out of these biscuits. They need a bit of prep time, but the biscuit fingers take about 20 minutes to bake. The finger design is also super easy to do at home!
Spooky Jelly Eyes
Here's a treat that is sure to make your guests squirm. This no-bake treat is easy to make, and taste delicious as well.
