Overnight Oats
Not only can you make this breakfast ahead of time, by it requires zero cooking time. Most people make their oats on the stove or by popping it into a microwave, but overnight oats are soaked in a liquid, like water or milk, which allows them to become soft. Note: keep them in the fridge during the soaking process.
Recipe
1 part oats
2 parts milk/water
Pinch of salt
Honey to taste
Optional extras: fruit, muesli, vanilla, cinnamon
