The good thing is that there are many vegetables that are packed with Vitamin C.

You can boil the broccoli, eat as is, or use it in a salad.

Kale
Kale is one of the best superfoods.
It is packed with nutrients.
A 100g serving of kale contains 120mg of Vitamin C.

Chili Peppers
One of the best ways to get Vitamin C is to eat chili peppers.
One green chili pepper contains 242mg of Vitamin C per 100g.

Parsley
Parsley contains 133mg of Vitamin C per 100g.
It also has other nutrients including vitamins A, K, calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium.
