Video: Cheesy biltong toasted sandwich

The grilled cheese sandwich is one of those food classics that never disappoints.  

The combination of melted cheese and crispy bread is like a match made in heaven.

But if you really want to excite your taste buds, then you have to try this cheesy biltong toasted sandwich. 

Yip, the grilled cheese sandwich just reached new levels of awesomeness. 

Here's what you will need:

Two slices of bread
Parmesan slivers 
Biltong (cut into small pieces) 
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. chopped chives 

*Note: You can spread the mayonnaise mixture on the inside or outside of your bread, depending what grill or skillet you are using.
