South Africans are dealing with cold weather conditions.  With winter in full swing, many people are looking for ways to keep warm.

During the night, temperatures can drop, resulting in the need for alternative methods to keep warm.

Heated mattress pads are one popular method for warming. They go underneath your sheets and above the mattress. They come with several heat settings so you can find your ideal temperature.

However, improper use of heated mattress pads can cause health hazards, so it is important to follow the instructions that come with the pads.
