2023 Womenpreneur Her Perfect Pitch winner Morongwe Mokone is celebrating ahead of Christmas after her business' annual clearance sale raked in more than R1-million in just three days!
Mokone, who founded the business Mo's Crib won this year’s Womenpreneur Her Perfect Pitch competition with Jacaranda FM and Access Bank, used part of her prize – half a million rand of airtime on Jacaranda FM to promote the annual sale, and listeners responded, heading to the Gauteng warehouse in their droves.
Mo's Crib is a brand committed to fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical sourcing. The company won the lucrative prize based on its dedication to a transparent and ethical supply chain, that delivers beautifully made homeware, and actively supports the advancement of African communities.
