'Beautiful People': David Guetta and Sia team up again
The French DJ is thrilled to be on the next chapter of "this crazy journey" with Sia.
David Guetta and Sia are back in the studio making beautiful music together again.
The 57-year-old producer says they have already recorded "a few songs already".
"Guys, this is so crazy. Sia and myself back to working together," he said in a video posted on social media.
Guetta and Sia first collaborated on 2011's 'Titanium', which became a global hit. He says there has "always been a special connection" between them since then.
"I'm so happy we are working again."
Since 'Titanium', the pair has worked on at least eight more songs, including 'Bang My Head', 'Helium', 'Flames' and 'Let's Love'.
Guetta reveals that the first single from their new collaboration will be a song called 'Beautiful People'.
They started working on the song a while ago, and snippets have already leaked online over the years. Guetta says they finally finished the song and "nailed it".
"I know a lot of you have heard it on YouTube or some leaks, asking me to release it. It's finally happening."
'Beautiful People' is set for official release on March 7.
"On to the next chapter of this crazy journey with the amazing @siamusic," Guetta said.
The French DJ's fans are eagerly awaiting the new song.
"Best combo ever! David Guetta and Sia," one fan commented.
Another wrote: "Finally, after 8y my dream came true!"
Guetta did not specify if he will be releasing a new album with Sia,
however, fans haven't ruled out the possibility, especially given the
fact that they have already recorded several songs.
Guetta's latest song, 'Forever Young,' featuring Ava Max and Alphaville, is currently #9 on the CTM Top 40 with Danny Painter.
Alphaville recorded the original version of the song in 1984. The track went viral on TikTok in 2024, resulting in Max and Guetta releasing an official EDM version in October.
