Camila Cabellow's new album, 'C,XOXO', has a "big baddie energy vibe".

The 27-year-old has revealed in a new interview that Drake features on her fourth studio album, which is due for release on June 28.

Speaking to Billboard magazine, Camila says the Canadian rapper appears on two tracks.

“He’s the f–king GOAT, so it felt like shooting for the stars."

The 'Señorita' hitmaker also shared how their collaboration came about. Camila says she sent Drake a message on Instagram.

“I showed him the album when I felt comfortable enough and he really liked it. [The feature] came out of a nontransactional place," she told Billboard.

They ended up recording 'Hot Uptown' together, which Camila says made it feel like she was in a city like Miami.

Drake also features the album's interlude, 'Uuugly'. Interestingly, Camilla only provides backing vocals on the track.

"Why does he have his own song? Because selfishly, I just want to hear Drake on my own album. I love that for me — it’s like that rebellious mood. Who says I can’t do that? It’s Drake talking his s***," she told Billboard.

'C,XOXO' features several other guest artists. The Dream, BLP Kosher, and City Girls also make appearances on the Miami-inspired album.

Camila's new sound and look have surprised some fans, but she is proud of her new album and the music she created.

She also recognises that some things are out of her control.

"I wish I knew that not everybody is going to like me, and it has nothing to do with me. That affected me a lot in the beginning. When you’re that young all you want is acceptance and love, and you can’t understand when people don’t like you. You take it so personally, and it makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong,” she said about the early days of her career.

However, 12 years after bursting onto the music scene with Fifth Harmony, Camila doesn't take too many things personally.

“Once you get older, you realize that people’s reactions have nothing to do with you, and you don’t have to take it so personally and be affected by it. I’m way more at peace with it today.”
