In a recent interview on WBNX-TV 55, Dolly Parton revealed more details about her upcoming Rock 'n Roll album.
Dolly Parton has previously expressed her plans to release a Rock n Roll album.
This came after she withdrew her name from consideration for the 2022 class of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
"Even though I'm extremely flattered and grateful to be nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I don't feel that I have earned that right," she wrote on social media.
The singer is now making her dream a reality and says she will be releasing the album.

In an interview with Rachel Ray on WBNX-TV 55, the singer said she will be working with iconic singers on the album.
"I've got a lot of wonderful iconic songs that people love and wonderful iconic singers joining me on them," she said during the interview.
"I wrote a little special song for that to, kind of, sum up my feelings about how I wasn't sure I was a rock star, but you know me well enough to know I'm not going to let an opportunity go by."
The 10-time Grammy winner said she feels this is the perfect time to release the Rock n Roll album.
"I thought if I'm ever going to do a rock & roll album which I often dreamed someday I might, that the time is now," she said.
The singer, who has sold over 100-million records, revealed to Rachael that some of the musicians she will be working with have been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
"So, I reached out to a lot of the friends who were on the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with me when we were there those few days rehearsing."
