Dua Lipa shares snippets from upcoming album
Dua Lipa's new music is coming out in a few weeks!
Dua Lipa is getting ready to release her next album - 'Radical Optimism'.
The singer took to Instagram to share snippets of the album this week.
She shared clips from her studio sessions.
In one of the posts, Dua is laying down vocals and she also writes lyrics in a notebook.
“It’s the beauty of the chaos and trying to stay calm through it,” she said in the video shared on Instagram.
“Listening over and over and feeling like, ‘How do I want to tell this story?'” she said in the video.
“I always go for the most upbeat ones to introduce people to the record,” she said.
“I can just keep on dancing and keep people dancing."

Dua first spoke about her upcoming album in March.
She also revealed how she landed on her album's name.
“A couple years ago, a friend introduced me to the term ‘radical optimism,’” she said in a statement.
“It’s a concept that resonated with me, and I became more curious as I started to play with it and weave it into my life,” she said.

"It struck me—the idea of going through chaos gracefully and feeling like you can weather any storm. At the same time, I found myself looking through the music history of psychedelia, trip hop, and Britpop. It has always felt so confidently optimistic to me, and that honesty and attitude is a feeling I took into my recording sessions,” she said.
The new album comes out on May 3.
