Mafikizolo talks success, being a best-selling duo, and more

The iconic musical duo, Mafikizolo, joined the Scenic Drive to talk about their success and being a best-selling duo.
Mafikizolo has been a household name in South Africa since the early 90s.
Consisting of Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Nciza, they are multiple winners of the South African Music Award, including the awards for Best Duo or Group of the Year.

They have also been nominated for various international awards, including the BET Awards, an All African Music Award, and a Black Canadian Award.
At almost every wedding and family event, groups of people will dance to the legendary music of Mafikizolo.

At every #Straatbraai, the Scenic Drive team play their hit song, 'Ndihamba Nawe'. This iconic song unites everyone at any event.
The duo joined the Scenic Drive to talk about their successful years in the industry and being one of the best duos in the world.
"When Kurt Darren called us to use our song (Ndihamba Nawe), we were truly honoured. He has a huge fan base.
"We gave him the song and he made it his own," Theo Kgosinkwe.
"It was hard. There were about three albums before people start noticing us. We were struggling but we were always hopeful," Nhlanhla Nciza.
Kgosinkwe continued by saying after all the struggle that they are blessed and highly favoured.
