Majozi celebrates special London gig

Proudly South African musician Majozi serenaded the crowd in London over the weekend at the iconic O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire.

Majozi had the time of his life this past weekend as he performed at one of London’s most iconic and prestigious venues, the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire. 

The singer was in London for the 'Home Away From Home' show held on the 13th of July. 

The show featured other South African superstars including, Ard Matthews, Arno Carstens, and Ross Learmonth. 

Majozi, whose hit single 'Afterglow' is currently #2 on 'The CTM Top 40 with Danny Painter', was the opening act.

He took to Instagram to thank his London fans for their support. 

"Thank you beautiful people of London for having me at @o2sbe," he wrote on Instagram. 

"What pleasure it was to open for @ardmatthews @arnocarstensmusic and @rosslearmonth at such a legendary venue. Thank you for making my last show so special," he wrote.

Ross Learmonth also took to Instagram to talk about the successful London show. 

The singer performed his hit, 'Because of You’. 

"What an epic moment performing ‘Because of You’ live at our @o2sbe show in London last night," he wrote.

He also honoured his fellow musicians.

"What an honour to share the stage with these two legends @ardmatthews @arnocarstensmusic," he wrote.

Arno Carstens spoke about his excitement prior to the show.

"See you tonight in London at the historic @o2sbe! Join myself, @ardmatthews and @rosslearmonth, the Jinjer Prime Nude Girls, along with our opening act @majozimusic, for our last 'Home Away From Home' show...for now!" he wrote.
