During the Coronavirus pandemic, we’re told to spend time focusing on upskilling work or self-improvement. Glynne believes that taking care of your mental health is what we should rather focus on.
"I don't want to always feel like I have to be productive or I have to do a workout. As much as this is an amazing time for people to develop a new skill or teach themselves something new, but at the same time, it is really sad what we are going through. So it is important to remind ourselves why we have a lockdown," she explained to Liesl.
She furthers explains that the reason we are stuck indoors is this virus and that people need to process that. "It's depressing, and if you are feeling it, you should feel it, accept it and deal with it and not have to do anything if you don't want to."
The two also chat about special birthdays, getting comfortable in your skin, baking banana bread and online dating.
