Report: Kanye West's Grammys stunt could cost him millions

The rapper is set to perform in Japan in May as part of a multi-million dollar deal but he could lose the gig after a shocking appearance at the Grammys.

The 'Can't Tell Me Nothing' hitmaker and his wife, Bianca Censori, walked the red carpet on Sunday but left shortly after arriving.

However, their red carpet looks were the talk of the ceremony. Censori wore a near-naked dress that revealed every inch of her body. The sheer slip dress was so revealing that media publications had to censor her private parts.

"Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful woman ever. My love, my best friend, My wife,” West captioned a since-deleted Instagram post about the controversial look.

West, on the other hand, is fully clothed in an all-black outfit. Censori is known to wear risque outfits out in public but her latest look left people clutching their pearls.

Some accused the rapper of humiliating his wife for shock value.

"Kanye West is a narcissistic, abusive piece of s***, hiding behind mental illness. He's stripped his wife of all clothes and self respect, she's nothing but a puppet, meanwhile he's of course, ALWAYS fully clothed. This isn't "art" – it's abuse. At what point is enough enough?" one X user said.

Several reports claimed that the couple were kicked out of the Grammys after walking the red carpet, but West's team clarified that he left after taking pictures.

West and his Australian architect wife were also spotted at a Grammys afterparty. Censori wore an equally revealing black sheer bodysuit.

The bodysuit is part of his upcoming YZY women's line.

West's antics at the Grammys could cost him $20 million. According to the Daily Mail, the rapper was set to headline two shows at the Tokyo Dome in Japan in May.

The gig is now in jeopardy.

"Kanye is just ****ing up every opportunity that comes to him. The stunt was creepy beyond belief and has been greeted with horror in Japan," a source told the publication.

The mole added, "Japan is having a cultural awakening about women's rights and the MeToo movement is really strong here. What he did is being seen as an act of coercive control which is utterly unacceptable. He has completely culturally misjudged Japan."

West is unlikely to be too fazed if the Japan shows are cancelled.

He recently claimed that he is a billionaire once again after his net worth dropped in 2022 due to his right-wing views. Several brands, including Adidas, dropped the rapper.
