"TALK ABOUT LOVE IS OUT NOW. Turn it up loud, put your car window down, let your hair fly around you, breath, know you are worthy of love and then TALK ABOUT IT," she wrote.
Kate said having a single out feels like a dream.
"It feels so surreal to have this song out, I can’t wait for you to hear it. Go listen wherever you get your music!"

The song is about love and treating each other right.
I am thinking bout this world and why / We always tear each other apart / Time to put it all aside and maybe have some fun / Don’t you say that you and I could never leave that world behind / So why your chasing all these butterflies / Just let them go now / Tell me baby nothing but the truth will do. Call me crazy / Cause I know it’s our time – me and you / I’m talking about love.
When she first teased the song, she said: “You only have one first single. And I wanted it to be something delicious and sexy and all the things that I believe in.”
“I wanted it to be open and seeking, searching to find something powerful," she wrote.
"But I also wanted the music to be the rock, the pop, the dance music and even a bit of the alternative records I love,” she added.
“It was a lot to put into one song, but thankfully, I had some wonderful people working with me. And so, here we are!” she said.
The song was co-written by Linda Perry and fiancé Danny Fujikawa.
