The song was first released in 2013 and originally appeared on the soundtrack for the 'One Chance' film.
Taylor Swift continues to release her own versions of songs she previously recorded in order to own the rights to the songs.
Her latest release is ‘Sweeter Than Fiction (Taylor’s Version)’, which she originally recorded in 2013.
On Sunday, the multi-award-winning artist took to Instagram to announce that the song is available exclusively at Target on Tangerine vinyl.
She started her post by appreciating her long-term friend and collaborator Jack Antonoff for working on the song with her.
"There you’ll stand ten feet tall, I will say ‘I knew it all along’. This song has always made me think of my friend Jack. It was the first song we made together," she captioned her post which shows the two of them hugging.
Taylor went on to praise Jack for his growth within the music industry. The two of them have worked together on 10 albums and a few one-off singles, according to US Weekly report.
"Watching him challenge himself and make beautiful art over the years has been the thrill of a lifetime," Taylor wrote.
She went on to announce the release of the new song.
“'Sweeter Than Fiction (My Version)' is now available exclusively at Target on Tangerine vinyl".

In other news, according to Billboard, "Taylor Swift’s ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’ has the second-biggest sales week of the year after three days".
The album 'earned more than a half-million equivalent album units in the U.S. through its first three days of release.'
Taylor announced '1989 (Taylor’s Version)' in August.
"The 1989 album changed my life in countless ways, and it fills me with such excitement to announce that my version of it will be out October 27th. To be perfectly honest, this is my most FAVORITE re-record I’ve ever done because the 5 From The Vault tracks are so insane. I can’t believe they were ever left behind. But not for long!" she wrote on Instagram.
