Taylor Swift's 'Eras' tour has ended after 152 shows. The 34-year-old singer wrapped up the tour in Vancouver, Canada.

The tour, which began in Arizona, USA, sold more than 10 million tickets. It grossed nearly $2 billion (about R36.4 billion), making it the highest-grossing tour ever.

Swift took her final bow in grand style, with over 60,000 Swifties filling BC Place Stadium on Sunday, December 8. She told the audience that her 'Eras' tour was "the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging" experience she's had.

“Vancouver, I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date, my beloved Eras tour,” she said.

The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker closed her final show with her smash hit, 'Karma'. During the tour, she famously changed the song's lyrics to pay tribute to her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs NFL player Travis Kelce

For the last time on Sunday, she sang, "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs," replacing the original lyrics, which are, "Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me."

The song is featured on her album 'Midnights', which was released in 2022.

Unfortunately, Kelce missed her final show because he was playing in a home game with his team.

Concertgoers treated Swift to a special surprise on the night. They sang "Happy Birthday" to the singer ahead of her 35th birthday on Friday, December 13.

Swift expressed her gratitude during the moment and throughout her impressive 44-song setlist, which lasted over three hours.

"The lasting legacy of this tour is that you have created such a space of joy and togetherness and love, and I couldn't be more proud of you," she said before performing 'All Too Well'.

Swift also praised her dancers and tour team for being part of the adventure of a lifetime.

Swift made another lyric change while performing 'Long Live' during the acoustic set of the show.

The original song lyrics are "it was the end of a decade". She changed the lyrics to something that perfectly sums up her tour and her final show.

"It was the end of an era."
