Tori Kelly and Muni Long sang a medley of Mariah Carey's songs, including 'Always Be My Baby', as part of a tribute performance.

Music icon Mariah Carey was celebrated at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday.
The 55-year-old received the 'Iconic Award'. Singers Tori Kelly and Muni Long honoured the star by singing some of her greatest hits.
Muni Long, whose real name is Priscilla Renea Hamilton, kicked off the tribute with 2005's 'We Belong Together'.
"Mariah's that girl," she said on the red carpet before performing. She also shared some of her favourite songs.
"I really like 'Breakdown' with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. I really like 'My All', 'Heartbreaker', 'I Know What You Want'."
Carey watched the performance while seated in the front row with her children, Roc and Roe, whom she shares with actor Nick Cannon. Her rumoured boyfriend Anderson .Paak was also present.
Kelly was up next. She belted out Carey's 1995 classic, 'Always Be My Baby'. She honoured the 'Hero' hitmaker by wearing a dress similar to the one Carey wore to the 1991 Grammys, complete with the singer’s signature ’90s curls.
Carey looked pleased with their performances and blew kisses at one stage.
Carey accepted her award in true diva style, joking about the stage's lighting.
"Is the lighting okay because I don't like bad lighting," she teased. Jokes aside, the best-selling female artist of all time, says she still gets excited when she hears her songs on the radio.
"As a kid, I used to listen to my favourite artists on the radio and dream of being on the airwaves myself. For those who may not know what airwaves are, think of it as the non-wifi version of streaming. Even now, I still get excited when I hear one of my songs playing on the radio. It never stops feeling magical," she said, per iHeartRadio.
She thanked her fans for their unwavering support.
"You've been with me through every step of this journey. Your love and loyalty are the greatest gift and I'm endlessly thankful for every one of you. And on this St. Patrick's Day, I want to honour my mother, Patricia Carey, for giving me the gift of music. Love you! Love You! Love You!"
