The 'Earned It' hitmaker has announced new dates for his 'After Hours Til Dawn' tour, which he says will be bigger than the initially planned tour.
The Weeknd has announced that he is postponing his 'After Hours Til Dawn' tour.
The much-anticipated tour was first delayed by the coronavirus and was rescheduled to take place in January 2022, but has been postponed again to the middle of 2022, reports Rap Up.
"The tour dates are moving and will commence in the summer of 2022," The Weeknd wrote on Instagram.
He says the reason for the delay is because he plans to make the show bigger and more special for his fans and this will require bigger venues.
He says the shows will be taking place at stadiums around the world.
"Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums," he wrote on Instagram.

He also announced that those who had already bought tickets will be refunded.
"Current tickets will be refunded automatically and all ticket holders will be given priority to buy tickets for the stadium shows when they go on sale," he wrote.
His new tour will take place in North America, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.
The star said he will announce the new dates and venues soon.
"New dates forthcoming," he announced.
