BREAKING NEWS: Oscar Pistorius sentenced to six years in prison for murder
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Convicted murderer Oscar Pistorius has been sentenced to six years in prison in the High Court in Pretoria on Wednesday.

Pistorius was found guilty of shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, in his Pretoria East home in the early hours of Valentine's Day in 2013.
Masipa said the evidence shows the pain runs deep and has a massive impact on Reeva's family.
Masipa, however, "does not agree" that Pistorius has not shown remorse, and pointed to evidence he tried to apologise to Reeva family.
Judge Masipa ruled mitigating circumstances outweigh aggravating ones, and that is why she deviated from the minimum sentence.
