Gyrocopter crash kills two in Limpopo

An inquest docket has been opened after a gyro helicopter crashed at Ashanti Lodge outside Lephalale in Limpopo on Sunday.
Limpopo police said the helicopter hit a tree before it fell to the ground and burst into flames.
"Both men on board died on the scene, the pilot and passenger," police spokesperson Ronel Otto said.

The Civil Aviation Authority will investigate the cause of the accident.
