PHOTOS: Thousands gather to celebrate Freedom Day

Thousands of people converged on the Giyani Stadium in Limpopo to celebrate Freedom Day on Wednesday.
Some came from as far as Mpumalanga and Gauteng to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of South Africa's first democratic election.
President Jacob Zuma addressed the 20 000 seating capacity stadium.
This marks the first time Freedom Day celebrations were not held at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
