SA speaks out against State Capture
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Prominent South Africans spoke out on the state of the country during a press briefing by Save SA in Pretoria this morning.
Religious leaders, politicians and members of the public spoke out and made their voices heard against what they say is the abuse of power, state capture and corrupt leadership.
The Save SA Movement will also hold a People's Assembly today. Organiser and prominent Zuma critic Sipho Pityana says it takes a lot for leaders in business, religion, politics and civil society to speak out as one.
"Clearly, removing an individual is not the total answer. We have to insist that whoever is elected to lead after President Zuma goes, must be a leader with integrity," Pityana said.
