DA holding on to close leads in metros

The Democratic Alliance (DA) is holding on to its leads in some of the hotly contested metros in the country.
Counting has not yet concluded in Nelson Mandela Bay, Johannesburg and Tshwane.
83 percent of the national votes have been counted by 7.00pm
