President Zuma pleased about voting procedures
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
President Jacob Zuma says he's pleased with the voting process.
Zuma, who cast his vote in his hometown of Nkandla earlier today, has since visited numerous voting stations across KZN.
He's also paid a visit to uMhlathuze Municipality near Richards Bay to meet with IEC staff.
Statistics from this morning up until 1pm show that a total of 137 178 registered voters had cast their vote out of a possible 478 000 in the King Cetshwayo District Municipality (recently renamed from uThungulu).
Zuma says it's clear that people are well informed.
