Kelly Rowland shows SA visual artist Nelson Makamo some love

Kelly Rowland is a huge fan of Nelson Makamo's work.
The American singer took to Instagram to praise Makamo for the work he showcased recently in Los Angeles.
Makoma showcased his latest body of work tilted, 'BLUE'.
One of the people who came to witness his work was singer Kelly Rowland.

The 'Dilemma' hitmaker took to Instagram to talk about how much she appreciates Makamo's art.
"Dearest @nelsonmakamo. We were truly blown away by your show today! There are no words to describe what we saw," wrote Rowland.
"Every single piece is so incredibly unique, rooted, and spiritual!," she added.
"Thank you for your gift! Love you always!" said the singer.

In 2018, Nelson gave Kelly and her husband, Tim Witherspoon, a portrait of their son, Titan.
This was when Kelly and Tim were in South Africa for the Global Citizen Festival.
Kelly shared the special moment on Instagram.
"From the moment I saw his work, I was truly in love!! Nelson Makamo is a name we will hear over and over again for years to come! And my family and I are oh so grateful to him, and our beautiful extended family @tjsteyn & @dale_deruig @tderuig for plotting THE MOST thoughtful gift and blessed us with their generosity! We will treasure this for years to come! We genuinely LOVE YOU ALL!! This moment was golden!" Kelly wrote.
