Beyoncé's new song celebrates those who resigned to find better jobs

Beyoncé's latest song, 'Break My Soul', celebrates those who left the workplace to go look for better work and healthier work environments. Is this song going to inspire more people to rethink their career paths?
On Monday, 20 June, Grammy Award winner, Beyoncé, released her brand new single, 'Break My Soul', which is part of her forthcoming seventh album, 'Renaissance'.

'Renaissance' will be released on July 29.
The song celebrates the 47-million Americans who said they left the workplace to go look for better work and work environments.
During 'The Great Resignation', people resigned due to low pay, no opportunities, disrespect, not enough flexibility, and being overworked.

In May, Business Insider reported that more and more South Africans are resigning.
South Africans are in search of healthier company cultures and better work-life balance as opposed to just wanting a higher salary.
The hosts of the award-winning daytime talk show, 'The View', recently discussed the song and how it will impact people.
"People are frustrated with their jobs. They have had it," Joy Behar said.

Behar continued by saying that this should force employers to pay their workers more money.
Fellow host, Whoopi Goldberg said that people should fight for less tax, because before the high taxes people had "a little extra."
