Boity Thulo sets record straight on university qualification

Many social media users were left shook on Tuesday after Boity Thulo revealed that she has no tertiary qualification.
Boity Thulo is one of the most successful celebrities in Africa.
In 2019, she made the list for Forbes Africa's 30 Under 30.
Although she has achieved so much in her career, what many people are not aware of is that Boity has no formal tertiary qualification.
On Tuesday, Twitter user Omphile the Leo asked Boity: "Do you have a university qualification?"
Boity shocked many when she responded "No".
This comes after in 2020, Zalebs reported that Boity "went on to complete her undergraduate Psychology and Criminology degree at Monash University in Johannesburg".

In 2015, Boity revealed that she dropped out of university because of a lack of finances.
"My career is by God's grace. After my 2nd year in Uni, I had to drop out because my mother didn't have the money to pay for 3rd year," she tweeted.

In 2020, she told her followers on Twitter that she aspired to be a Criminal Psychologist, but had to drop out because of having no money.
"If my mom hadn’t run out of money for my University fees, I would have been a Criminal Psychologist/Serial killer Profiler by now. 🤷🏾♀️😂 But God had other plans for me."
