Bullying continues to be a hot topic all over the globe.
The internet has made matters worse, with many people falling victims of cyber bullying.
In an attempt to end bullying, singer Britney Spears says it starts with paying attention to what you say to others.
"In a world where the percent of bullying is at its highest it is important to listen to the way we all speak to each other," she wrote on Instagram.

She added that she witnessed how some of her friends got bullied for falling pregnant while at school.
"I was always told happy girls are always the prettiest … but now if you are happy that’s extremely uncool … two of my girlfriends have kids at school and it’s shocking how mean people can be," she wrote.
However, she added that she has been fortunate to not have been a victim of bullying.
"See, I’ve been blessed … I’ve NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE HURTING MY FEELINGS or DEMORALIZING ME OR GOING LOWER THAN LOW ⬇️ !!! People thankfully have always been up to my expectations," she wrote.
This comes after a February Tweet where she accused a popular Hollywood actress, Alyssa Milano, of bullying her. Read all about it here.
The 'Gimme More' hitmaker also spoke about the importance of setting boundaries and living a balanced life.
"Remember boundaries," she wrote on Instagram before explaining the importance of not allowing emotions to get the better of you.
"In a world where women are so incredibly sensitive it’s extremely important to pace ourselves with balance, otherwise our emotions can take over and we listen to our emotional side.
"Balance and BOUNDARIES is such a wonderful word for being clean," she wrote.
