Cameron van der Burgh engaged
Olympic gold medallist, Cameron van der Burgh popped the question to his long-time girlfriend, Nefeli Valakelis while holidaying in the Swiss Alps.
Both Cameron and Nefeli posted photos on Instagram shortly after he popped the question, sharing their excitement with the world.
Instagram user from all over the world congratulated the happy couple.
Nefeli Valakelis, a lawyer from Pretoria, has been dating the Olympic champ since 2013 and have been spotted alongside him at various events the past couple of years.
"He asked and I said ABSOLUTELY!" she posted on Instagram.
Cameron meanwhile posted a photo of them on the slopes on Instagram saying: "Mine forever... She said yes!"
