Carlo Radebe thanks South Africans for help following financial woes
Carlo Radebe has thanked social media users who have come to his aid after his friend revealed that he was broke and living on a R350 social grant.
Carlo Radebe is on the path to financial recovery.
According to News24, Carlo is set to guide aspiring actors at Duma Ndlovu Academy after his friends posted about his financial struggles on Facebook.
Not only that, but the former 'Backstage' and 'Generations' star has also taken to Facebook to thank all those who are helping him.
"Greetings to u. What u have shown me over the coarse of several days, since the release of my statement by my friend Mauritz Neethling, rallied by his devotion to my well-being, has no words," he wrote on Facebook.
"I thank you kindly too from heartfelt devotion to pay it forward perpetually," he wrote.
The actor said he is looking forward to returning to work.
"Please continue.I too have always held that prayer to work reliably & do good...I am Looking forward to getting back on set & shooting," he said.
"By God's Grace all will be well...I Thank all the shout outs & certain individuals who have galvanized on their platforms.I owe u nothing.Humbling. I Thank you again.May life be also easier on you! Ta!" he ended his post.

Last week, one of the star's friends, Mauritz Neethling, revealed that he is struggling to make ends meet and lives off a R350 monthly government grant.
Neethling shared the news on Facebook.
"Dear FB friends and family. It is with great sadness and empathy that I would like to appeal to your kindheartedness to help a friend who is currently not able to help himself and finds himself in a dark and hopeless situation," he wrote.
Mauritz said COVID-19 affected his friend's finances and he was struggling to support himself financially.
"Unfortunately for Carlo he has not been able to get back on his feet, and currently finds himself in a situation where he is struggling to sustain himself. Evicted from his former residence, he is currently residing in the back of a remote smallholding outside Jhb, relying on a government grant of only R350 pm," Mauritz said.
Following the post, many people showed their support for the star by sharing the post.
