Ramsay emphasized the importance of wearing a helmet, crediting it with saving his life, and urged fellow cyclists to prioritize their safety by doing the same.

He expressed his deep love for cycling, triathlons, and Iron Man competitions, but admitted the recent accident had deeply affected him.

"I'm doing ok and didn't break any bones or suffer any major injuries but I'm a bit bruised up looking like a purple potato," he captioned the video.
