Cher shares details of her mother's passing

The singer took to Twitter to talk about her last moments with her mother...
Cher is mourning the death of her precious mother, Georgia Holt.
She took to Twitter to talk about the cause of her mother's death.
"The truth…. she’s been sick," she wrote on Twitter.
The 'If I Could Turn Back Time' hitmaker says things got really bad to a point where she had to be rushed to hospital.
Sadly, she took her last breath before she could make it to the hospital.

Cher described her as an incredible mother.
"She then got bad. She was in so much pain. Finally she coded on way to Hosp. By time we Got to Hosp….The woman who who was my kick as* mom was no long here," she wrote on Twitter.
Cher announced the death of her mother over the weekend in a Tweet.
Georgia passed away at the age of 96.
The singer and her mother had a close relationship.
Not only did they sometimes sing together, but they also both featured in a 2013 documentary, 'Dear Mom, Love Cher', about their relationship.
