Cindy Crawford's daughter looks up to Kendall
Cindy Crawford says her 14-year-old daughter Kaia looks up to Kendall Jenner, but is glad she still turns to her for advice when it comes to the fashion industry.
The 49-year-old star says her 14 year old "loves" the 19-year-old beauty, who is currently one of the world's most in-demand models, and follows her on Instagram, but is glad she still turns to her for advice when it comes to the fashion industry.
The brunette beauty, who also has son Presley, 16, with husband Rande Gerber, told E! News: "She's such a great girl, both my kids are incredible. And Kaia's smart, she's got her head on straight.
"They see so much on Instagram, so yes, she's interested in fashion, loves Kendall Jenner. So she's gotten a few opportunities to do little modeling things, and at least in this one area of her life she'll take my advice."
Kendall recently admitted Cindy is her own beauty icon.
She told Yahoo! Beauty: "I think Cindy Crawford is awesome. I love her style."
Kaia has already landed a few high profile modelling jobs and has approximately 200,000 followers on Instagram, but Cindy is eager for her to enjoy her childhood.
The 'Becoming' author said: "I'm happy that she loves doing it in little bits and pieces, but my main message to her is to be 14. Enjoy where you are now because that [her career] will wait."
