Daniel Baron's new album to drop on Youth Day

South African singer Daniel Baron has announced that his latest album, Weekend of Mass Destruction, will be released on the 16th of June.
Almost a year after his massive hit, Children of the Sun, Baron announced the release date of an album that has been years in the making.
He is known for pushing the boundaries, moving from a pop singer to creating dance music that has South Africans on their feet.
"The album is releasing on Youth Day and although it is a bit of a coincidence, the theme of the album is about destroying hate and celebrating love," he says.

Daniel adds that the album is a party album aimed at getting rid of negativity and hate.
"I have never been as excited as I am now. I have worked so hard on this for the past year," Daniel says.
He adds that the wants to break boundaries, culturally as well as sonically.

"I want to break boundaries between cultures and genres. You will hear elements of rock, pop, country dance to a completely stripped down ballad and I can't wait for the world to hear it" he says.
The album will be available exclusively on iTunes and Apple Music but if you are old school and prefer a physical copy, he is offering 1000 autographed copies that can be ordered on his Facebook fan page.
