DJ Sbu clarifies 'jealous' remarks about Prime drink

"I'm not a hater guys"...
DJ Sbu has taken to social media to clarify the comments he recently made about the latest drink craze taking over the world, Prime Hydration.
Scores of South Africans flooded social media with images of Prime Hydration, which was created and made famous by KSI and Logan Paul.
The hype started weeks ago when one retail store announced that it will be selling the drink for R40 instead of the R400 to R600 that it was previously sold for at some outlets.
Following the announcement and the hype, DJ Sbu made a video where he cautioned South Africans about rushing to support international brands.
“Be careful of being duped or enticed about all these European, American and foreign brands and products when you have better here at home," he said in a video posted on his YouTube channel.
“It’s nothing special. It’s not like it’s a drink that you gonna drink and its gonna drive your car, it's gonna give you the Lotto numbers. It's gonna make you be good at what you do."

Instead, he said people should support local products to better the economy.
"We all know how greater is would be for the entire society if we start consuming our own, supporting our own, keeping the money circulating amongst our own," he added.
“Let us not be too easily excited over things coming from overseas that are too expensive with no value to add into our lives as opposed to us having better and we are not even aware just because of this conditioned mindset that we have always had."
His comments received backlash from many social media users. They accused him of being jealous.
As a result, DJ Sbu made another video where he clarified that he is not a hater.
"I congratulated @LOGANPAUL & @KSI I didnt slam @DRINKPRIME , I'm not a hater guys."
