Dwayne Johnson is becoming a dad
Dwayne Johnson and girlfriend Lauren Hashian are "thrilled" to be expecting their first child together.
The 'San Andreas' star, who already has 14-year-old daughter Simone with ex-wife Dany Garcia, is reportedly "thrilled" at the prospect of becoming a father for the second time.
A source close to the couple told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Dwayne and Lauren couldn't be more thrilled. They've been rock solid for about nine years now and felt it was time to expand their family.
"Lauren's brother is also expecting a baby, so the entire family is overjoyed!"
Another insider confirmed the happy news to UsMagazine.com and said the couple are "so excited."
The 43-year-old actor recently adopted two French Bulldog puppies, Brutus and Hobbs, but had to rescue one of them earlier this month when it nearly drowned in his swimming pool.
He documented the experience on Instagram, sharing a photo of himself soaking wet in his pool with the dogs in each arm, with the caption: "I set them both down and they both take off in a full sprint and fall right into the deep end of our pool. HOBBS immediately starts doggy paddling while BRUTUS (like a brick) sink heads first to the bottom of the pool.
"I take off into a full sprint, fully clothed, dive in the pool, swim to the bottom, rescue my brick, I mean BRUTUS and bring him back to the edge of the pool."
