Gisele Bündchen's nature-inspired baby name revealed
The Brazilian model loves nature and all three of her children now have a connection to water.
Gisele Bündchen and her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, have welcomed their first child together.
The 44-year-old is already a mom to two children whom she shares with her former husband, NFL star Tom Brady.
According to People, Bündchen has given her child a nature-inspired middle name. A source tells the publication that her baby boy's middle name is River.
It's still unclear what the newborn's first name is. His middle name is in keeping with family tradition. Bündchen's 12-year-old daughter is Vivian Lake while her 15-year-old son's name is Benjamin Rein, which rhymes with rain.
River features on Baby Center's 'Most Popular Baby Names of 2024' list. It came in at #89. Olivia and Noah were the year's number one girl and boy's monikers.
Bündchen and Valente began dating in mid-2023. The pair reportedly started as friends before things became romantic.
"They come from similar backgrounds. They both left Brazil very young. Gisele's in a great space. Joaquim is perfect for her," a source told People.

Bündchen's ex-husband has seemingly reacted to her baby news in a cryptic post he shared on Instagram Stories shortly after news broke about her baby news.
Brady reposted a quote that read: “I really think the secret to being loved is to love. And the secret to being interesting is to be interested. And the secret to having a friend is being a friend.”
He captioned the post: "Love this."
It's not the first time the 47-year-old athlete has taken to social media after Bündchen has been in the headlines.
When it was announced that she was expecting, he shared a picture of a sunset on Instagram, including The Chicks' cover of 'Landslide'.
The song's lyrics include:

Bündchen opened up about their co-parenting relationship in a 2024 interview with ABC's 'Good Morning America' host Robin Roberts. She revealed that it is challenging at times as the children have different sets of rules in each home.
“I think there are easier days than others but I think it’s amazing that the kids… they’re super smart children. They know what they can get away with. So I think it’s natural that [our houses] have different rules and then kids just adapt. And they’re going to try to do what they want. And I can only control what I do. And I think for me, now is really about the balance," she said, per People.
The model has not shared any pictures of the new addition to her family.
