Hayley Williams recovering well following lung infection
The rock star says she doesn't have to cough all day and night anymore...
Hayley Williams is recovering well after suffering from a lung infection.
The singer took to Discord to update her fans about her health.
She said she is no longer coughing the whole day and night.
"I can hardly believe I don’t cough all day and night anymore. My stomach is still f----- from 10 kinds of medication," the singer wrote on Discord.

She spoke about how the infection and medication led to her having to sleep most of the day.
"I’m just happy to be resting more. When I was feeling my worst, I couldn’t do much but just sleep and lay around," she added.
"I watched all of Yellowjackets, 3 or 4 music docs, They Cloned Tyrone, A Good Person (never cried so much or stared blankly across my living room for longer after a movie was over)… but mostly I just scrolled around on my phone… to a degree that has been, to put it nicely, DISGUSTING," she wrote.
The Paramore frontwoman also shared good news that the band is working on new music after being "off the road for a couple weeks now".
She said they have been in Los Angeles, where they are recording new material.
“We’ve been off the road for a couple of weeks now…mainly in LA. Thankfully got some down time but we put some work in too. It felt good to get back into a studio. More of that once we get home to Nashville,” the singer wrote.
Paramore are currently on tour in North American but had to stop their tour after Hayley suffered the lung infection.
