Idols SA: More talent unearthed in Joburg
Johannesburg showed Mzansi just how much raw talent resides in the streets of the big city during the audition round of the 12th season of the talent search competition.
Thousands of hopefuls took on Gareth, Somizi, Randall and Unathi in the Audition Room and sang their hearts out, hoping for the all-important Golden Ticket.
Many tried and failed and many still, were able to score themselves a trip to Theatre Week.
The budding stars came from far and wide and converged at Carnival City, hoping to make the cut - and as expected from the young, restless and uber talented, the sweet sound of voices, intermingled with the strum of guitars (and other instruments), filled the air as our future Idols warmed up their vocal chords just outside the belly of the beast.
