Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have sold their Hollywood Hills home for $9.2 million just weeks after putting in on the market.
The couple, who recently moved into a new $12.9 million mansion in Beverly Hills, placed their five bedroom property on the market for $8.999 million last month and sold it to a buyer on Monday after receiving an even higher offer, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The 48-year-old British star and the 28-year-old model, who started dating in 2010, bought the elegant estate, which sits on half an acre above Runyon Canyon Park, from actor Ben Stiller for a reported $7.325 million in 2011.
The house also boasts eight bathrooms, two dining rooms and a cinema.
Rosie recently admitted she and Jason are thinking about starting a family together, but isn't sure where to raise their children.
The blonde beauty said: "Having a family is something I think about for sure, and whether I'd live here in America or in England.
"But it's not always as simple as that. I have no idea what will happen, but it'll be interesting to find out, right? And nothing will be perfect, I'm sure."
