Kylie Jenner has joined several A-list stars in mourning the death of celebrity hairstylist Jesus Guerrero.

The 34-year-old passed away "suddenly and unexpectedly" over the weekend. Jenner says the pain of losing him is "unbearable".

"Jesus was more than my friend – he was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support. I don’t know how I would have made it through the last almost decade without him by my side. He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter," she wrote on Instagram.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder also thanked the hairstylist for always being there for her.

Jesus recently worked with Jenner during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025 in January.

"Paris with my main girly!!! " he captioned a picture of the reality star.

He also did her hair for the 2025 Golden Globes. Jenner attended the ceremony as a guest to support her boyfriend, 'Best Actor' nominee Timothée Chalamet.

Jenner says she doesn't know how to move forward without Jesus but she knows "great grief is born only of great love".

"I loved you so much. You were the best person, with a talent that was unmatched. A true artist. You inspired so many, and you always will.

"Your words, your laughter, your kindness, your beautiful spirit will live in my heart forever. I’ll cherish all our moments together. every laugh and hug. I wish I could hug you again. I laid in your bed the way you used to lay in mine, talking for hours. I would give anything for one more deep talk. I’m going to miss you so much," she said.

Jesus's family set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for his funeral costs.

"It is with a heavy heart that we let the world know that Jesus Guerrero has gone to heaven. He is a son, a brother, an uncle, an artist, a friend, and so much more," his sister Gris wrote.

"Born and raised in Houston, TX to immigrant parents, Jesus learned how to work hard and dreamt of taking his skills to the top. Unfortunately, his passing came very suddenly and unexpectedly."

It has since been revealed that Jenner has stepped in to help the family during their tragic loss.

"She is shocked and very upset. Still, she’s doing everything she can to be supportive and aid his family, including financially. As upset as she feels, she knows it’s so much worse for his family. She doesn’t want them to stress about money. She’s taking care of expenses, including those associated with his funeral," a source told People magazine.

Gris updated her GoFundMe page following news of Jenner's contribution.

"When this GoFundMe was set up, we created it thinking we would have to take care of all the expenses ourselves. We didn't want to burden any clients with this. Our family deeply appreciates Kylie for later offering to cover funeral expenses and offering up all her help and support."

The fund has already raised $96,000 (about R1,8 million), which Gris says will go toward the "costs associated with securing his belongings home".

Jesus's high-profile clients included Katy Perry, Demi Moore, Dua Lipa, Kendall Jenner, Charli XCX, ROSÉ, Camila Cabello and Jennifer Lopez.

Lopez shared a heartfelt tribute on her Instagram page.

"Jesus, It’s no surprise your mother gave you the name Jesus," JLo wrote.

"You were gentle and kind and loving, quiet and unassuming, but so powerful, and your presence was felt the minute you walked into any room. You never demanded the spotlight. You never needed to make a sound to be recognized, your heart and your talent did that as effortlessly as you artistry did."

Lopez says she is still in shock over his death.

"I’ve been having trouble putting the words together the last few days. The truth is I’m still in shock that such a beautiful young life has come to an end. It seems senseless and unfair. I know your family is brokenhearted as am I and everyone else who knew you."
